Last projects

After two years of being established, Morra is on the way to the brand repositioning. We decided to provide the new values to our customers. The customer experience was the foremost criterion to focus on (including the product quality, the staff services, and the reasonable price in a new way of brand awareness.

In late-2018, I was honored to become a Brand Strategy Consultant in the Mega Brand project of GreenFeed Vietnam. The strategy of consistent brands under the identity "G" brandmark helps raise customer awareness about the GreenFeed group (Feed - Farm - Food).

This is a F&B project to transform the business model to optimize location. Increased over 60% of sales, and nearly 200% daily guests by launching a new brand and restructuring products with reasonable prices.
